OPENGL and Directx

Hello, everyone...
well i have been programing for couple of years... i know java and java script... and a little of C++ and C
and also i'm good at C#...
but i want to start working with opengl and DX... i want to make programs which have this integrated in them....

so i have a question... where should i begin... does anyone knows a good site... for bigenners..? or tutorials?

You are aware that OGL and Direct3D are two completely different animals, right? Not sure about resources for DX (though you should download the SDK from Microsoft), but OpenGL.org (http://www.opengl.org) is the place to start for GL. They have forums geared for any level of end user and programmer.
