anyone knonws wich settgins fo resolutin, AA and AF are they using?

They ran it on 800x600 without AA and AF to reach over 14k mark ,

One was @ 800x600, and I think the one at the NV presentation was 1024x768 but obviously clocked much higher than consumers will be seeing.

they do but veeeeeeeery little, maybe 100 marks per 500MHz cpu clock

I just tested and got P4 3GHz 3900, P4 3.3Ghz 3950 ( some FSB increase here as well of course.
So yes, very little.

Democoder said that the presentation's result was using an overclocked CPU.
But I suspect that they used the A2 revision. :)
It's interesting to note that before the launch, there were rumours of 12500 scores on NV40. This is about what the reference boards get under ideal circumstances. The 14k score probably came from an overclocked system (both GPU and CPU) with IQ settings turned all the way down.

I think this is what is the normal score of the 6800U.
