what do you mean? the seller said that the ultimate has that special heatsink which will remove all heat... what do you say? i shouldn't care? he also said that it has faster memory

the asus and ultimate come with half-life 2...

what about the extra power cable that i have

The standard 9600 heatsink also removes the heat, that's what the cooler is there for! The difference between the ultimate edition and the standard 9600 cooler is that the ultimate version is fanless and hence quieter, so if noise is an issue for you the ultimate would be a good choice, otherwise you may be better saving some money and going with a standard 9600.

attention! i opened my case and i found a conector from the power supplyer that has the text "p6" it has siz "holes" or whatever you call it, is that what i need to use a better card? if yes, maybe i should think in another, or would i still have to buy a new power supply, i heard that the new geforce uses 100 power_thing!!

If that connector has 6 holes, then it has NOTHING to do with any video card. Video cards use a standard 4pin molex connector just like the ones attached to your CDROM drives. The 6pin "P6" connector is for certain motherboards I beleive. But even if you have an extra 4pin molex connector, you still need to find out the power rating of the power supply. It should be written on the power supply somewhere. If you donot have enough power, anything higher than a R9600XT may give you trouble. I recommend you choose the R9600XT because it uses less power with no molex connector, and your P4 1.7 CPU will limit anything better than a R9600XT.

For which R9600XT to pick, just choose one that is affordable but has a memory clock of 600mhz or higher.

And stop getting so damn angry when someone posts and it's not the answer you wanted! I've witness you do this a couple times now, and part of the problem is your English is not perfect. I'm trying to help you and so are others, so be a little greatful and relax! :fu:
