When they catch him he should be nailed to a chair, then a sniper rifle is mounted on a robotic arm hooked to the internet. Then everyone in the US can go online to www.snipe-the-sniper.com and vote in real time on "little to the left", "little to the right", "up", "down" etc. Then when enough people vote "pull the trigger now" we get his head, or maybe his balls (depending on where people vote to shoot first) splattered all over the webcam.

:D

Holy cow would that ever be sweet.

If we don't get him in the balls, maybe the family members of the victims could rip them off and take turns using a nail gun to nail them to his head.

Yea, I've been following this story since the beginning. I'm wondering what his intensions are, besides killing people. The Tarot Card he left at the murder scene read: "Mister policeman: I am God." That gets me thinking. Could be another psychopath, but you never know.

Funny how politics work...

That one guy who did the world a favor by killing john Lennon got denied parole....

The treasonous bastards involved in the death of thousands of civilians didn't get death as they so righteously should. (treason should = death).

This poor guy just thins the herd a little, and i can bet a couple of hot asian virgins on this, but ain't no way in hell he can avoid the death sentence.....

hehe, funny how it all works out.

I know someone who lives just about 20 miles from where the 10th happened and she's been scared to death for quite a while now. I hope the find him and take him out soon. People like that seriously deserve to be strapped to a rose bush with barbed wire while diseased-infested mosquitos feast on his blood while waiting for the parents of the victims to peel his visible flesh away in tiny strips with rusty razor blades!

One of the first people killed was a few blocks from here.

The police have been out in force for days now. So far, no luck.

The kids in schools in jurisdictions in this area are being kept indoors. One of the victims was a 13 year old wounded going into school.

Who knows where the nut{s} are now cause the highway is nearby.

The county sheriff said a state police trooper was near the gas station at the time of the attack. "The uniformed trooper was directly across the street and obviously we're dealing with an individual that's extremely violent and obviously doesn't care," said Maj. Howard Smith of the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's department.

Well said - I wish we actually could do this to these scum bags that do **** like this. If I was the man in charge and could get away with it I would go back to the old days of stoning, hanging, burning alive, torture, etc, etc. This is how these people should die - bottom line. No federal prisions for these magets!

*ok takes deep breath* my blood boils when I see this stuff.

On topic: I agree with everyone here that when this sniper is caught he should die a slow and extremely painfull death.

Off Topic: McBane, im not some sort of Beetle Fanatic but im just curious why you said the killing of John Lennon did the world a favor. I always thought his death was a tragedy, maybe i dont know the whole story??

I'm not a Beetle fanatic either. As a matter of fact, I'd like to know what the hell Volkswagen was thinking when they made that car. :p

Seriously, though, I would like your thoughts, McBane, on this subject. I happen to like the Beatles very much. I always thought John Lennon had a positive message. Unless you're bitter over the whole Yoko thing (and who wouldn't be hehe).

I consider their "music" tolerable at best....but had he stayed around any longer with Yoko around, id on't wanna think about the stuff he would have put out......I would have shot him.

they should really get this taken care of, how many innocent people have to suffer until they bring in some forces really trained to handle this kinda stuff. i don't know what, but go get some people from the army and just lay em around everywhere.

That makes perfect sense! :D Yoko has been profiting from the Beatles more than the Beatles!! Seems like whenever she needs a new pair of shoes or a loaf of bread, instead of punching a time clock (like the rest of us), she just has to dig around in some musty chest full of tape reels for another "lost" Lennon song.

As for the sniper, they have got to get this sicko - FAST...

...but I'd show some small bit of leniency if he popped Yoko before they catch him! :p
That wouldn't be a bad thing, that would be a GOOD thing! *grins like DDP* :D

How will they catch someone they can't see?

send the people who are trying to find osama, maybe they can get some practice.

Thats what I was thinking, but then again, how are you gonna keep the sniper from finding out that they are looking for him? and what if someone mistakes our guys for the sniper(s) and the police end up having a shoot out with them? too risky, but its a great idea.

LORD-eX-Bu

They should place those sound detecting devices(some hi-tech mics) that can triagulate the source of the gunshot, but to reduce the need for multiple shots they should set up those mics throughout the cities and have them listening constantly, once a shot is fired, those mics around can pic it up and from analyzing the data they can quickly tell the source and the police can quarantine the area and have a better chance of finding the creep(s). I think the police, once they find him, should kill him on the spot to avoid him(or her) from finding some loophole in the justice system and get away with his life.

What if this guys sniping are from al-Qaeda ? These crimes doesn't fit as those of serial killers. They seem an organized scheme of terrorism ...

LORD-eX-Bu

Yeah, that makes sense also. We won't find out until they either kill the guy or lock him/her or them up.

just read this off QGL & Ausgamers. (http://ausgamersforum.ausforums.com/?agn=thread&id=1056787)

quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just turned on the TV and NBC today was running a story on the link between computer games and the Washington sniper. According to Jack Thompson, a US attorney and "Computer Game violence expert" (their/his title, not mine), "Counter-Strike could have provided the training and skills for the Washington sniper". Thompson claims that the "one-shot-one-kill" MO used by the sniper "was indicative of him or they being a gamer".

Mr Thompson justifies his claims by referencing the sniper's calling card, which includes the phrase "I am god", to Counter-Strike chat rooms and demonstrated the "one-shot-one-kill" method via in-game footage of AWP headshots.

Thompson went on to say that FBI profiling suggests the sniper “may be as young as 15”.
