See attached, I am showing these conflicts in system info in XP. Everything seems to be running OK (so why am I asking for help?)
I have tried everything including pulling all the cards out except for the GeForce card. Since I am a newbie, I just want to know if this is supposed to cause any problems?

No, it should be fine because it's ACPI and therefore can share resources.
Plus, I don't know if they're actually shared because it's talking about the AGP slot and the GF card sharing resources...

Even without ACPI, that's normal and WinXP should handle it just fine. I've got my GF4 sharing resources with my Firewire ports and the Audigy is sharing resources with my USB controllers. I have ACPI disabled. Ever since Win98 SE, they never call them "conflicts" - it's all about "sharing" now! :p

Thanks for the replies. Thats a load off my mind! Like I says, no problems at all, but I am a noob - so I worry about things. :p
