In ATI's infinite wisdom, the control panel with all those adjustment options is a 5 mb download that's separate from the drivers themselves. Go to ATI's driver page or the forums at Rage3D and there should be links for you to download the control panel.

I still can't understand why they got separated. Perhaps someone decided that they could relase drivers more quickly if the driver portion was split from the control panel portion, so that as soon as new "raw" drivers were done they could be released immediately.
I wonder... how long can it take to package a new driver with the control panel before posting it on the website??? Oh well... perhaps there's a good reason in there somewhere.

Is it possible to use an "old" control panel combined with a newer driver version? Or do both have to be the same? I was thinking that, if you can use an older control panel with a new driver, it's for you to have to download. If this can be done, it makes pretty good sense, especially since NVIDIA's latest drivers have been suffering from old ATI bloat. :(

To be honest, I really don't know if you can use old control panels with the updated drivers.

I downloaded and installed the panel and it worked fine.
