Benchmarking console commands pls.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is Quake III Arena's benchy still called a "time demo"? How do I go about running it from the console? While u guys r at it, pls also tell how to run UT2003's flyby demo. What should I use for a "full system" benchy? Is AquaMark, 3DMark01 & 03 good system benchmarks?

Probably needs to be in the Benchmarking Forum. I like Aquamark 3 and 3DMark03 best of all.
