Do it come with a single molex? No but a bit more than that!

It come with a molex and a floppy connectors, that 2 connectors.

I think X800 XT power consuming equal both Radeon 9700 Pro and 9800 XT power add together.

no ramsinks though. the floppy connector is a problem unless your psu has more than 1 or you dont use a floppy

that yellow connector is NOT for power

don't even bother speculating that it is.

I dont think thats real. I heard that XT was going to have dual DVI and that does not look like dual DVI to me. Plus no cooling on the ram ... Maybe a SE or something.

Maybe you should contain yourself until knowledgeable people report to the public what the REAL story is....

:rofl then it would eat more then 300W  your speculation is very off .

The yellow connector is for A/V.

The card will consume as much as an 9800XT, ~80W max.

 where did you get that 300W from? I guess it will be 120W.

Dual DVI isn't in the design, and it doesn't have to be, it's done with an extra chip made by philips every manufacturer uses to get dual dvi..

that seems odd to me that they wouldn't cover the ram with heatsinks of some kind, especially with the speed the memory is expected to run at. maybe it's not the XT but the pro or SE?

What kind of A/V connector is that? It looks more like an audio connector from a CD/DVD drive to a sound card. Can you elaborate as to exactly what kind of A/V connection you're referring to?

I seriously doubt that is the XT.

RAMSINKS not necessarily help cooling VRAM. They are too small. And if you haven´t really good airflow it will act like a microoven increasing the temps.

That´s why there is no ramsinks on the RAM. There is no need for it at least not for the rated speed.

He is afraid the 6800Ultra will only be the world's fatest VPU for two more days. That's why he is trying to find weak spots on the X800 series instead of heralding the qualities of the 6800 series.

The same way you think Ati has los this round due to their "stupid" pricing scheme? :rofl

Sheesh...some of you just need to chill out a bit.

Anyway, the yellow connector is for video I would say, it's exactly the same as the video input on an old Radeon 9000 VIVO I had:

Good to see a single slot cooler and single molex on the X800, just hope the performance is up to par.

Was gonna wait till teusday, but since you guys already figured it out... yes the XT is single slot, 1 molex only, and can fit in a SFF. As for performance... well, I can't tell you that yet ;) Just rememeber what the PR lady that responded to Digital Wanderer said......................
