The first one is a "gimp" smilie. I got the idea from Pulp Fiction. It is a sarcastic smilie. The :wtf: is what I thought you could use. Just add the strap and red ball to the mouth and BAM! you gots your self a sex gimp smilie.

The second smilie is "plug" http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/attachment.php?attachmentid=5881&stc=1 He is plugging his ears. I took the :screwy: smilie for this one. Make the hands come out like the (salute) smilie and go into his ears. I think these will be usefull additions to our smilie collection.
