trackball mouse - which one to buy?

I'm having some major problems with my wrist. Pain and all. I'm thinking of switching to a trackball mouse since I've hurd it helps people with carpeltunnel (sp). Causes less strain and all..

I was wondering who uses one and which one do they suggest. I play alot of games, so tracking and quality are an issue.

I dont use trackballs, but I think you cant go wrong with either MS or Logitech :)

Oh wow... yah, I dont think that would be for me. A little to crazy on the design. I can see how that can be great for people who have major wrist problems, but I haven't gotten to that point. Thanks tho
