With your setup your 3DMark should be about 1000 points higher.

Every time i upgrade my comp he gets something to :D

he got from me TNT2 Ultra 32MB, then Radeon 64 MB , and newest thing was Radeon 8500Le 64MB and some ram 128MB SDR 133 ;)

i used to play DarkAge of Camelot on that celeron was slugish :( even with a Radeon 8500 but alot better then with TNT2 Ultra lol :D

Oh and he have old BX Mainboard with Slot 1 ----> plus sloket to support newer Celerons :p

not too shabby...3dmark vives me 3300..

Q3A with the gf4mx (max detail) gives the same performance as did my old gts 32 megger, with the exception that i can now run the spiffy shadows and have Aniso at 4x at a comfy 100+ fps....i still see no reason to upgrade....

Doom3 you say....the only thing that i see it good for is a coaster...

im guessing this baby gots at least another year in it...then its time for a cpu/mobo upgrade...

How about some transparent windows? Made available by a tiny proggie called Glass2K. Worked great... was cool... :cool:
