Customer gave me pci tv card, but I can not find drivers, even I do not know manufacturer. The chip is bt 878khf, there is s-vhs,antv-in,l-in, r/m,audio out connectors.There is no fcc code, only
parts: 7031505116 and
serial : 9811016716.
Could anybody help me to find proper vendor and drivers please.

here you go! Universal Brooktree drivers. Brooktree is the "BT" you see on that chip. Install these drivers and it should make it usable, regardless of who made the actual board :)

you mean thr actual software to switch between television stations? Since we don't know what model card you have that might be a little more difficult. I know there is some universal TV software out there though, try searching at http://www.google.com

you could also try the software I use from Hauppauge, it might work for your card too since both cards have a BT chip in them
