Problem with installing Geforce 5200 fx drivers **please help

Hey i am trying to install a previous version of a Geforce 5200 fx driver. I have 5.2.1.6 and i am trying to install 41.09. However everytime i try to uninstall the driver 5.2.1.6 and install 41.09 it never reconizes it and just goes back to 5.2.1.6 driver. Ive tried installing driver verson 5.6 and then doing the same thing but again after i install 41.09 and restart it just goes back to driver version 5.2.1.6. Im starting to get irritated can someone plz help.

Yeah it wont recognize it because your card is newer than those drivers & the 41.xx drivers dont support it .

i'd say you stick with the 5x.xx drivers .. in anyway they are the best for the FX series .

hmm odd there r some games taht require it that i have run b4 lol but for some reason i updated

You can try the 44.03 .. they support the FX5200 .
