Hi,

I used dual display feature for my nvidia video card. I used clone mode with Monitor as primary display and TV as secondary display. Everything is fine except if the monitor disconnected from PC, the TV will take control as primary display. Then next time when I plug the monitor back in, the clone mode will disable and monitor WILL NOT switch back as primary display.

I tested Matrox and ATI video card don't have this kind of problem. Is that any setting or any way to keep the setting or fix this problem?

Thank you very much.

Matthew

if i'm not mistaken, that's just an annoyance you have to deal with. would be nice to know about an option to "lock" the monitors in place. the main problem is because of the auto-detect, which allows you to not configure the card before switching to tv, so i guess it can be convenient at times. it can get annoying as hell though.

What about saving the settings to an nview profile, and whenever you have the problem, just load that profile?
