Hi I pretty much continously upgrade because of all the 3d rendering I do on my computer, I ask this, if I upgrade to the quadro4 900 xgl , will it turn my processor into a boltneck no matter what? How fast does the processor have to be so that they are equal. I'm currently running a 2.4 ghz p4 northwood with 40ns pc800 RDRAM. Would it be better to run a dual xeon? I've heard sketchy things about the dual xeon's performance in rendering, especially vs say a single athlon xp.
