*VGA,EVGA 6800 ULTRA 256MB A8-N345-

My distrubition center has 2 of these in stock RIGHT NOW. There is a good chance I will have 1 or both of them in stock tommorrow.

$637.00 is the price.. high price for a new product... but the cheapest I can sell them is about $580.

If I get them in tommorrow, I will take pictures of the box and stuff.

Wow, no offense man but I thought gameve was expensive until I saw the price there... Sticker shock. ;)

On a positive note, maybe gameve will actually ship next week like they're supposed to if you guys have 2 of these in stock.

At least the wait is not expected to be long. People were able to sell the highly-demanded HDTivo for $2k for a $1k profit.

I doubt GameVE will ship to everyone. As I received an e-mail yesterday on the status of my order being "Back Ordered."

I called and checked with them and they said it's only on "backorder" becuase they haven't received any yet. IOW, it doesn't sound any different than "preorder".

She said they were still expecting cards on 6/7.

I am not holding my breath, though.

False alarm guys :( Although our DC has 2 of them, they are not available for us to get just yet... probably a few days.

We are getting 1 MSI X800 Pro, and 1 MSI RX9800 Pro tommorrow as well...

Does anyone know what the *VGA, MSI RX9800PRO-TD128 SP TVO/DVI is? It shows as brand new, but I have never heard of it.. maybe a new budget card? It costs $259.

You might want to consider re-editing this thread's subject line. I know I lost about 5 minutes off my life when I read it.

You have to work for a VAR or any other retailer that has purchase agreements at Techdata. I'd order one but thats too much. I would never pay over MSRP, much less MSRP period.

43? Not bad, but for all the USA it's a bit limited :D
