2 computers both with windows XP pro, a belkin router and Dsl connection.

When my brother uses his download software(flashget, bittorrent...etc), my connection just slows down alot. Somtimes it's slower than dial up. Our DSL is pretty fast on download but only 192kb on upload. I am trying to find a way to limit the upload speed for both computers so he wont take all the upload bandwidth.

I checked out router's setting and didnt find anything useful.

Anyone know how to limit bandwidth for a computer like change setting or edit registery in windowsXP?
I imagine a professional router have this funtion built in but buying a new router isnt an option for me.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Net Limiter (http://www.netlimiter.com/index.php) is pretty good, if you can trust your brother not to steal your bandwidth back when his download's slow down ;)
