Will need a better psu for a 6800 ultra i have a antec 480W turebule this what i got on my pc.

Intel p4 3.0c HT
P4P800 deluxe
hard drive 160gb 72000rpm
DvD Drive
CD Drive
6 case fans

That should be more than enough, I don't think you'll have any problems (look at the official requirements on Nvidia's site if you want confirmation). I'm also very impressed by your 72,000 RPM harddrive :D

480W is more than actually what you need .

you'r ready to roll ;)

i'm not though .. my 350PSU sucks .. but first i should get my hands on a 6800U then quickly i'm gonna get me some well-known brand 480W PSU :D

Hmm, Ive got a Kingwin 450w.. Do you think that will be fine? I heard the new requirement is 350w for an ultra?

If the PSU is a high quality and not some stock piece of crap you should be fine with anything 350 and up. Below 300 though I think you are pushing it becuase the card itself pulls about 110 watts. Also make sure you have two power dongles (molex conectors) free, NO Y CABLES for this puppy. Anyway, you should be fine but you may have to do a bit of rewiring to get the two free cables depending on the number of devices you have
