Its coming... (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/releases/0.9.html)
Yah. :) I've got the early preview June 6 build and it is slightly different but nothing real noticeable yet.
:lol2: I love that sig Vash. :D

They've changed the extensions and themes, so this release REQUIRES a new profile. Just so everyone's aware ... behavior could be downright flaky otherwise!

Pretty quick all round.
Don't like the new default theme though. Also can't get on the site to get a different one. Must be really popular at the moment.
The url drop down list history seems to be working properly now.
Not sure if I like how they rearranged a few thinks, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it.
I kind of got used to the old bugs so I don't notice them but I've yet to find one in this build.
Also "Show Failed URL" seems to be working without a plugin.
So far:

Some of the sneak preview releases from eariler this month are very stable so I'm thinking this actual release will be stable. :)

Seems to have fixed a few layout problems I had with a few websites using 0.8 - and still works as fast

I think this (http://white.sakura.ne.jp/~piro/xul/_tabextensions.html.en) is the right site.

Thanks for that link, I was hunting for it tool.
I had an older version of Tab Browser Extension that was compatible with the RC (installed, but disabled) ... when I fired up 0.9 it offered to update it to the new compatible version. Nice! The new theme is better than Qute, in my opinion, but I'm still partial to Smoke (http://mozthemes.tk).
It still leaks memory like anything (currently at 57.8 MB) ... I hope that's something they're targeting to fix for the 1.0 release.

I regret to say that i haven't found any REAL differences when compared to good ole 0.8 - I don't like the new skin either, like someone else posted above and it needs to be installed clean, which is a nuissance, because i have lost all my installed extensions. :bash:

Your welcome guys. I've stuck to the Tabbrowser Preferences for a few releases as it gives me everything I need (for the most part) and it also means that I have a few less thing to worry about going wrong.
I think I like the Noia Extreme theme but I might soon get tired of its prettiness. Couldn’t get themes to install automatically though, even after a full uninstall/deletion of every Mozilla/FF directory I could find and a computer restart.
There’s still a few bugs there unfortunately. I think they will have quite a lot of work before the milestone 1.0 release. I was also hopping that they would have introduced a proper download manager by now and I’m surprised they haven’t implemented the Sort Bookmarks extension by now.

For some reason .8 wouldn't let me view any java based online stuff, even with the plug-ins installed, but now .9 does it fine without having to dl the plug-ins. Now if only I could get Anark2.5 to work on it...

Funny, I didn't uninstall 0.8 and 0.9 works perfectly fine for me. Oh well, guess that is the one bright part of my week.
