I was torn between what upgrade to make.....Change over to and A64-FX \ 939 or go with X800XT Plat.

This morning went and orderd the XT Plat. :D
Even though I'd love to play around with an A64, this platform is just to damn fast and stabile to give up yet....I'm very anxious to get the top dog card in :firedevil

I would be very curious to see what minimum fps you get in the carrier level of farcry during the battle up top once you get your XT... Try 16x12 if you can. :)

I finished FarCry while I had a 9800XT in this box....once I play a game through, I loose interest and sell it back to EB, like I did with FarCry. I wish I held on to that one...... :bash:

I would of liked to of known what how the volcano level ran with the X800, i know i ran very very very very slow on my computer sub 10fps!!!

I want to know how it runs on the 6800. My 5700 Ultra performs at least 2x as fast as my 9800 Pro in the same spot (16 vs 8 fps).

I never saw a slow down in FryCry on the 98XT clocked at 460/760, the game ran like silk.....I played maxed out settings at 1024x786x32 4xAA \ 8xAF

but I do wish I had it to compair and bench...
