No capture driver available - MSI GeForce4 Ti 4400

Hi,

I lost my install disks for my vid card, MSI Geforce 4 Ti4400, and I am trying to do some video capture. I grabbed what I thought are the latest drivers, detonator and WDM;

But now what? I am tring Virtual dub, bit it keeps getting error "no capture driver available". I'm kinda new to this vid capture so any info would be appreciated. How can I be sure the capture driver is properly installed?? Does MSI have any actual capture softare??

latest driver or not, the Detonators donot include the video capture driver. That's a seperate download called Nvidia WDM.

goto http://www.nvmax.com for the latest Nvidia WDM, ver 1.19

but if that still doesnt work, try disabling TVout , or some of the other settings, I've had quite a bit of trouble getting my Vivo to work as well, and I eventually got fet up and reinstalled my Hauppauge WintvGo http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2907

got everything working fine, 2 probs now virtualdub captures fine but when it goes to save it, its comes out with a pure green screen. All capturing and saving work fine in winproducer but I need something that will compresses and saves at same time so i dont get 20gb files.

Also, how do you get rid of the flickering bottom line at very bottom of capture. I've seen posts before but can't remeber. Thanks in advance.
