I have never had this problem but doing some reading i came acrost this .


modprobe NVdriver NVreg_SkipBiosPost=1


Seing how the lag seems to happen on systems certin bioses, try this when you modprob your nvdriver at boot.

I tried this option and it says that it doesn't exist in the NVdriver.

When searching for SkipBiosPost I found a doc that said this option could be used with version 0.9-6.

I don't think that option exist anymore.

yeah i am not sure anymore., I have read that this option should be ther in many documents. :/ so i dont know, sorry.

I was just reading that the long post was due to bios numbers or someting. then i was looking at 2 different sites and they showed this as a option
