Midi editor?

I'm looking for a program (preferably free) to trim/edit .midi files. I have a couple that I would like to edit as ringtones on my phone, but they're really long (~3 minutes) and I want to cut them down to a minute or less. Any help is always appreciated. :)

Found a program on download.com called Anvil Studio. It's a freeware program, and while the interface is not very well designed (takes a while to get used to), I was able to cut down a few .midi files with it. Here's the URL:
