I after searching half the day, (I even skipped the gym...something I never do..) I was able to find an in-stock Chaintech 6800Ultra for $560 incl. overnight shipping (listed at $539) :)
They are at an online store called PCsupplysource.com, they seem to have decent ratings so I took the plunge
Go get um boys:

I'm not too crazy about Chaintech. I would much rather hold out for an XFX, Gigabyte, or eVGA board. Especially since $539 isn't a real HOT price :p.

Thanks for the link though dude. Maybe someone else will be interested.

Its only $9 more than the BestBuy card......since BB added $30+ in tax....the on-line stores don't since I live in CT....
I can swollow the $9.....I need a card this week since this X800Pro has to ship out Saturday to its new home....

btw: I've used many Chaintech cards, I have atleast 5 Ti series Chaintech cards built into my customers systems and I've never had an issue with any. I even have a Chaintech FX5700 in my #2 machine.
No prob with Chaintech at all :)

I just ordered one and the quantity was 2.
I went back to the site and the quanity was still 2.
And after clearing my browser's cookies etc.
The site still knew who I am.
They must track who is accessing the site through your IP address.
I will have to call them in the AM as the reg. pages listed some one from Stamford CT.
Is that you PaiN? I noticed your in CT??

ah Hell.....I knew it was to good to be true...
I just got off the phone PCsupplysource.com and, of course, the cards are "back-orderd" until sometime next week...errrr :x
Their CS had no answer when I asked why they have no indication of the shipping status or even have the part for sale if its not in stock....
