I ordered my BFG Geforce 6800GT OC 256MB from www.gameve.com on Monday and it shipped yesterday. I should get it by Friday. I can't wait!

*Grin* That BFG GT sudden availability was me. I cancelled my order yesterday and went with the eVGA deal.

I went ahead and pre-ordered this card (the BFG 6800GT OC, $390 + $8 Fedex Saver, no sales tax levied)(I'm in TX).

Then, for grins, I gave them a call to see if they had any clues as to when it might ship. The CSR I spoke with said it could possibly ship today, as they were expecting "a large shipment" of these cards on their dock very soon, and that I should check my order status again in a couple of hours.

The CSR may have been yanking my yam...I'll write more in a couple of hours.
