Hi,
I am an absolute newbie to Linux. Don't understand anything about it. I have a ASUS A7N266-VM/AA motherboard that incorporates the Nvidia components. I installed Fedora Core 2 on it and everything appears to be working fine except for the ethernet controller.
I ran "uname -r" at the terminal prompt and got this as my kernel version:
2.6.5-1.358
Now what I need is REALLY REALLY BASIC instructions on where to go from here to get the ethernet controller working.
Please do not assume that I know anything about this, because I pretty much don't. Yeah, I'm an idiot. :retard:
Thanks very much.
