Its been a long time since I've used nVidia drivers for OCing....(I had a Ti4200 to FX5700 in #2 but never OC'd them)
I thought before I start messsing around, I'd ask ;).
How do you enable the "clock frequencies" tab in ForceWare?

PaiN, you can use RivaTuner (http://www.guru3d.com/rivatuner) along with coolbits to make sure your clock speeds get loaded at boot-up. Some of the newer beta forceware drivers have problems holding the o/c value after shutdown.

Have fun! :)
