I just found out that I’m a 6800 Ultra Extreme Edition Winner. I didn’t get notified because I changed e-mail addresses recently. I called Best Buy.com and apparently the BFG GeForce 6800 Ultra OC that's been on pre-order since 18 June is being processed for shipping. So, should I keep the BFG GeForce 6800 Ultra OC or get eVGA’s 6800 Ultra Extreme Edition? Thanks.

I'll most likely keep the ultra extreme edition and return the BFG ultra. :)

Keep the EE version.

I will. I also intend to sell the BFG OC for the same price I paid for it. If anyone's interested please PM me. :)

I won a chance to buy the EE from eVGA in the first round of picking.

I must say go with the EE you will not be disappointed not to mention the bonus pack or the level of service you get from eVGA.

I heard the EE is awesome, but can you explain what it actually comes with? Thanks.

How much more $ wise is the Extreme versus the BFG OC? If it's like $100, maybe you should try out the BFG first and see how high it clocks. The only difference in the extreme is a 450MHz core, right? Same memory clock I think. The BFG is 425MHz out of the box, so if you can hit 440 or something like that, I'd sell the Extreme unopened on eBay and you'll probably make a pretty penny on it!

I not sure if I have to pay taxes. If I don't it should be about $20 more. I intend to keep the EE just because it's a limited edition version of the 6800.
