Does your card run hot? What are your load and idle temps?

you should get at least around 415 core and 1150 mem. i've seen people get 440core on air, but temps get pretty high

i have mine set at 415/1190 right now and my temps are 60C idle and 86C load which is very decent. i'm going to push it more when i get better cooling

run this program (http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/rthdribl/) in a window so you can watch your temps, by the time you close program and open up your tempature tab it will have drop 10c, it falls off quick..

I am in my basement so I have cool air going in, Idle is 48c and load 77c..

my BFG will oc to 440/1150 stable, 460/1150 with some artifacts..

Are you checking it after you exit a game? The temp drops REAL quick if you're just closing a game and opening up your control panel.

This thread (http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=31187) shows what a lot of people are getting. My card idles around 60-62C. Gets up to nearly 80 in games. Check out the app in that thread, you can run it windowed while watching your temps.

Still cant believe it, gt in my hands thanx again mike...

They had maxtor diamondmax 200gb drives for 79.99 out the door, absolute steal. Limit one per customer so only scored two.

That place is freakin huge....

My daughter and I were walking around the store and we estimated it to be 8x a BestBuy . . . .It's like a freakin' airplane hanger

BTW congrats on the GT

This thing runs circles around my Radeon pro and believe it or not my system is actually running cooler that with my Radeon

It's good to be back with nVidia

Couldn't agree with you more mike, I have been 100 percent satisfied with the 9800pro
-but installing the gt is like slipping on my favorite pair of old jeans and sneakers, just feels good. :)

As far as temp goes, even at 420/1200 doing the Nalu demo it is between 57-58C water cooling rocks :bounce:
