Sweden:

10mbit up/down for around $35/month, with the upgrade option to 100mbit (dunno how much that is).

Only in the large cities in the US is broadband 'cheap'. Here where I live, we pay $90 a month for 1.5mbit/512kbit line.

OOL users in the US in the states of NY, CT, and NJ get that kind of download speed! OOL users get 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload for $35 to $45 a month! But thats not all! 8 to 20 ms pings on dslreports tweak tester II!!! Only 11 to 15 hops on websites with perfect traceroutes with pings no higher than 30 ms on every hop. Well maybe not all websites but most of them but the pings are not going to be much higher than that. The connection quality is just to good to be true but its real! I keep wanting to move to get OOL but i can't. Hoping one day i can get it. But i am sure OOL users are drooling over the 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload in other countries plus the 100 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload too just like i am drooling over OOL's connection. I guess we can never have fast enough. I know i sure can't. But then again the main thing i would wonder is if the 10 Mbps download and upload + 100 Mbps download and upload high speed internet in other areas has just as good of a connection quality as OOL because thats another important thing for high speed internet access! Low pings, good traceroutes, short hops, etc.

Yeah, that was a couple years ago when i first got my cable, i guess my ISP was not as popular then. Now the fastest downloads i get are around 500k/sec, But my upload is ****, always has been, capped at 15k/sec
