Just wondering how I would 'unlock' the following temp option in my driver.

I dont seem to have this on my set of drivers, and I was searching here before posted this, but came up with 3rd party software which I really dont like using. On my options you can see the temp isnt there.

Thanx for that, it added the extra options accept for temp...lol. I read his FAQ and was a little gutted..

ahh well.. I dont really need it.

Coolbits or any other program can only open up the temp settings listing IF your card has a temp sensor. I have an fx 5700 ULTRA and it DOES have a temp sensor. Apparently your non ultra does not have a temp sensor

You wouldn't be able to change the temp on the Temp Slowdown Threshold anyways. Mine is 140, but it will never get that hot.
