Benched the new and old FXC.exe's to see if one has better performance over there other. I came to the conclusion that they both offer the same performance both with and without SM3.0. Details can be found here. http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=33176

Me and my onboard sound runing my otherwise decent rig's benchmarks. Oh wells when you play games 95% of the time on headphones I guess an Audigy isn't all that good of an investment. (If anyone thinks differently I'd like to here it though)

Have you tried 5.1 headphones?
