Cool, I just called the San Diego Fry's, which let me know 20 were in stock in Texas lol. They wondered why they don't have any yet.

Got all my benchies updated in first post. Big jump from my old 5200ultra.
Havent tested it in a while but if i remember right it was 1600 something in 3dmark2003 and 8400 in 2001 and like 20ksomething aquamark.
My brother picked up his BFG 6800 GT from Fry's in Fountain Valley, CA. Didn't find it on a shelf, but oddly found it on a box near the video cards section. Only one I saw there, but they had it for $399.

Sounds like somebody took it off its normal shelf and hid it for later.
Haha well so much for that idea.
What really frosts my fritter is that I had a BFG 6800 GT on pre-order for two weeks and then I cancelled it just yesterday. Today my brother, who I might add was not looking for a video card at all, finds this on a box and goes and buys it on the spot. I on the other hand have the card on 2-day order and get to watch him play the card I waited so long to get.
Here's the kicker: he paid $399 flat (no tax for military personell via my father) and I paid $425 + 15 for shipping. Eh, well at least I have my FedEx tracking number rather than Best Buy's "back order" status...

I ordered from Frys/Outpost, I waited till the following Monday after the BFG rep over on Hard OCP said they had shipped out there big orders on friday.
Come monday I placed my order, $12 overnight shipping and got hit with tax cause im in Cali, $444 shipped and I had it in my hands by noon the next day. Oh and that was monday the 28th of June so I've had the card for a week now.
Best Buy is really pissing off a lot of peeps over there crappy ordering system, I think less than 1/10th of the people that pre ordered actually have there cards. Best guess is there trying to fly in under the radar on the Comp USA 30% off deal that was posted so they aren't forced to price match it.

As of the evening of July 6th, Frys in Manhattan Beach, CA had about 8 on the shelf.
Great
Just to let a few of you know
eVGA has had 6800GT's available since last Monday June 28th and also bundled Far Cry with them. :angel2:

The Fry's in Houston, TX has them now. I saw about 10 left after I grabbed mine.
