but i cant find the d3d settings, or the open gl settings in the drivers, i have been with ati so long these drivers are like a foriegn language to me.

Right click on your desktop. Then select "analog display" or "digital display". You will also need to install Nvidia drivers. :D

Just like you Randsom I had all the Radeons and now I have an 6800Ultra. Took me like a day to get used to the Forceware drivers.. they're simply put awesome. Use the application profiles, they make it so easy to use diffrent settings with diffrent games.

If you want the old D3D and OpenGL panels you have to use the Coolbits 2 hack.

Hope you like your card as much as I do..

You'll want Coolbits2: http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=29541

Some of the D3D and OpenGL settings are "split" bewteen two varying registry key values...clear as mud I know :) Read that thread linked above though and you'll be fine. :)
