ok, so I got the free Farcry with my purchase of my 6800, and, they never gave me a CD key, so I guess multiplayer is out of the question....

NM, I guess it's the DEMO version. :lame:

demo version? does it have all the maps etc? if so it's nota demo version as demo version had MP maps I think and was 300 MB in size. Far Cry retail is 4 (or was it 3) cds for me.

mine was on the paper case it came with...I had hard time finding it too. There should be one...search on everything it came with. BTW I got mine with a A64 3200+ and a mobo.

The "pre-release" of the game has no cd-key and is the full version compatible with patches.

man I searched everywhere for the key, I can't find it, and it's the normal 5 disc installation. Nowhere when you run the game does it mention demo mode. I found that in the manual for the card under the list of things included in the package.

Sounds like you need to contact eVGA. They'll be more than willing to help.

Eh, I already bought Far Cry on DVD so if my eVGA GT [should arrive TODAY!] doesn't come with a CD Key it won't be a big deal.

Ye that must be a diffrenet version. Mine was only 1 DvD.

Sometimes games that come with video cards are single player only.

I got my 6800nu from evga.The cd key should be on the back of the first cd case.The white paper case with the the green sticker on the front.
