Just get a 15k 146GB U320 drive and forget about the silly SATA nonsense. They are quite affordable now.

I did something simliar to that a long while ago and threw in a caching controller as well,beats the snot out of any raptor config(raid or not)... :cool: think access times that at least half the time amount to 1 ms or less.You dont know speed untill you have had 1 10k rpm cheetah's in raid 0 attached to a caching controller with actual ram to buffer the cache on the drives.
