This has probably been answered or posted about before, but I couldn't find any info after poking around a bit.

eVGA 6800GT running at 400/1100 (performance 3d mode) stable no issues whatsoever with the 61.36 WHQL drivers. Standard 2d mode is set for 350/1100.

Problem is that upon reboot, the memory clock has been reset back to 1000mhz. (Core stays at 400mhz in 3d mode). I am using Manual overclocking and have the apply settings at startup box checked.

Any suggestions on how to get the memory clock to stick at 1100 persistently across reboots?

I got them to stick by using the test method for both of them...then apply them at start up.

I had the same problem so I downloaded rivatuner and set them in there and had it load at startup. Since then, not a problem!

This worked. Problem was that I had never run the test in 2d mode.

Tanks!

I had a similar issue and noticed that if I applied the OC settings (i.e., hit the Apply button), then exited the display properties via the exit button rather than the OK button, the changes stuck. Otherwise, they were constantly getting reset. Go figure.
