I'm not fond of lawsuits, but I hope they bankrupt Moore. I would sue him for a billion dollars.
Moore does strike me as a man that would eat anything, moreover he probably has a walk in fridge. :angel2:

So if a member of your family died in a controversial circumstance and a film director obtained footage of the funeral proceedings and used it to his profit without your consent, you wouldn't be mad?
I guess you didn't read the report on that. The congress of the US disagrees with you and even the Parliment of the UK disagrees with you and they did this thing called and "investigation". So I guess you are still promoting a lie. :thumbsup: I give you kudos for being consistiant.
Oh BTW the Report from the UK says there are on going intelligence work wrt to nuclear weapon manufacturing by Saddam and they are please with the developements.

It isn't me saying so. You should really read the news once in a while you might learn somthing other than libeal conspiracy theories but if you want to put your head in the sand and ignore the facts then by all means go right a head.

So you DIDN'T read about the report. In other words you don't know what you are talking about. This is not about what you belive. It is about what is factual and you are not being factual. The report CLEARLY states that there was a WORLD WIDE intelligence problem with Iraq and their WMDs. This was the same thing that was said in the U.K. report. The report also states that president Bush did not pressure the CIA to shape information in any way nore did the aministration make up any intelligence. The administration only whent along with what intelligence they had at the time. It is also stated the the intelligence given to the administration was such that if they did not act then they would be in deriligtion they position. Now what about this is a belief?
I challenge you to come up with a intelligence and FACTUAL rebuttle to this report. I am not talking about your fancifull orgy of conspiracy theories that the left loves to autoeraticate them selves on but real hard facts. I am willing to be you dollars to doughnuts that you will come up with nothing but hot air and more psychotic theories. Because you have nothing. Zip zero nada. In fact I full expect a valley girl responce "wha't evah"
Now I hope you followed at least some of this because your last post clearly showed you know nothing about the Senate Intelligence Report.
Oh and when I mean an investigation, I didn't mean Jerred Googling for theories.

If the former, that family has some sickos in it!!
If the latter, I don't think there's any legal ground for the family to take against Moore since the footage would be copyrighted by the station. All he need to do is get written permission from the station manager to use the footage.

I have my sisters funeral on video tape. It's not that odd. It latter became part of a national public service annoucement done by my schools SADD (Students Against Drunk Driving) campaign.
Calling them sicko's is a pretty lame retort for a bogus act of film production.
What's the cinematic value of showing the funeral of a soldier murdered by a fellow trooper in his tent? A man who betrays his country for some perverted religious ideology isn't exactly a shining star. Perhaps the funeral of a soldier killed who's family opposed the war would have been a better choice.

yeah, I remember how people here were having a go at Hans Blix, (you remember him, the head of the weapons inspections teams whos job it was to go into Iraq and investigate).. Anyone remember what he was trying to say.. Its a bit hard as he was getting shouted down by people who ovbiously knew better than him what weapons Iraq had.. OMG, whats that?? He was right?? Has anything he said turned out to be false so far??
there was a lot of talk about how his searches were inefectual, and how the Iraqis were just decieving him. Lucky we had the US administration to tell us what was REALLY going on.

care to show a link to that report,? wait a sec, who gives a **** about a report? I'm still not seeing these mass stockpiles of WMD that Bush was talking about, so it really doesn't matter, you've got no ground to stand on here.
And I challenge you to a couple of things here, as you would be so steadily to point out and pass judgment on Mr. Moore, I wan't you to pick his film (9-11) apart and point out the lies, show me links, show me contradictory statements from "important" people, and proof.
because you sir, have nothing to stand on, ZERO foundation, you've been grasping for a long time now.
And I think PsychoSy was calling them sicko's because if that was in fact their motivation then they are sicko's (whacko logic would read Jarred thinks their sickos') I couldn't help but assume that their intentions would be to try and make money off of the newly acquired riches that the film has brought in.
