Hi
I flashed my XFX 6800GT with the Leadtek Ultra BIOS and it all works just fine. I want to flash back to do an experiment but it would appear that WFFLASH.EXE doesn't actually dump the old bios correctly with the GT cards. I've read a few other threads where the old GT BIOS has not been dumped correctly. I also need to original BIOS in case I ever want to sell the card.

What I need someone to do is dump their XFX 6800GT BIOS using nvflash (not WFFLASH) and either post it somewhere or mail it to me at ri@hp.com

Thanks

Why did you flash the card in the first place? It's not like it helps your OC.

It does. it increases your core voltage, which will allow you to get more out of your core OC.

Thanks mate. Flashed it back and working like a goodun.

Remember guys, WFFLASH doesn't properly backup your original BIOS with 6800GTs. Use nvflash.

Not for me it didn't. My flashed GT wouldn't even do stable at stock Ultra speeds. Flashed it back and all is well.

Mine auto detects pritty much the same as yours depending on room temperature - 415-421 core / 1130-1140 on the memory.
Have run 3dMark2003 @ 420/1135 which completed and scored about 12,300 ;)
