Hey guys...just received my BFG 6800GTOC today...paid $499 for it on newegg...couple problems though... #1 box looked a little tampered with...not a big deal...#2 opened up the 2 discs it was packaged with, both had minor scratches (used before??), and #3 I've gone in through coolbits to check the clocks on the card and its at 350/1000 (standard GT speeds, not GTOC). using the official 61.76 drivers btw. Should I just go ahead and RMA this thing right now or what? Kinda disappointing because I know I'll have to wait a while until my replacement arrives. Dunno if the card was used before and RMAed and shipped back to me or packaged wrong...or what happened

All BFG 6800 GTs ship with 370/1000, at least that's what I've heard. Test your card out for a few days and see if it works. If you can run it at its' rated speeds (370/1000) then I would not complain. Most people can actually run at 6800 Ultra speeds with a little luck :)

I ordered a 6800GTOC not a 6800GT ;(

I don't think they even sell a vanilla 6800 GT. :p Anyways, give them a call and verify your serial number of the card. If it doesn't come out as legitimate, then call NewEgg back to complain.

Looks like you have the default bios loaded on your card. I know that lately BFG started shipping cards with the NALU sticker on the side (like EVGA for example), so maybe they packaged you up a reference board with the stock bios. Not saying it did happen, but its plausible...
