Gonna try this out on my 6800 Ultra tonight and see what kind of readings I get.

But this one is $9,995 (http://www.raytek-northamerica.com/cat.html?cat_id=2.3.11) :eek: ...soooo coool though...thermal imaging in a handheld device.... :drooling:

No no...a phaser. :D I just had to photochop the laser on this image from thier PDF catalog. :p

Of course I won't get perfect core/memory temps due to the HSF but this will at least offer some more information about surface temps.

Those things are so fun! We had one at the Golden Corral I worked at, and we would have such a blast with it. We'd take the temperatures of customers who were sitting clear across the restaraunt, or drive the servers nuts with the laser pointer. Good times, good times.
