In multiplayer there are 30 different voice chats. To use them it is probably best to bind them. The commands are:

clientVoiceChatTeam

OR

clientVoiceChat

To get a voice chat to play you need to add anyone of the following to the command:

voc_are_you_serious
voc_attack_now
voc_cancel_that
voc_cover_me
voc_die_already
voc_enemy_has_powerup
voc_enemy_spotted
voc_grab_the_armor
voc_great_game
voc_hack
voc_i_have_extra_weapon
voc_i_have_the_armor
voc_i_have_the_powerup
voc_i_need_a_weapon
voc_i_need_health
voc_ill_take_that
voc_im_armed_and_ready
voc_im_not_ready
voc_im_taking_fire
voc_item_available
voc_movein
voc_negative
voc_no_way
voc_on_my_way
voc_overhere
voc_prepare_for_attack
voc_pull_back
voc_roger
voc_that_sucked
voc_yeah_right

eg.

clientVoiceChat voc_die_already
clientVoiceChatTeam voc_prepare_for_attack

In the heat of battle you probably wont be able to type them out so you can bind them by placing the following in an autoexec.cfg in your base folder.

bind x clientVoiceChat voc_die_already
bind x clientVoiceChatTeam voc_prepare_for_attack

where x is the key you wish to use.

as there are lots of taunt voice chats you could have these all binded to one key through the use of the following script (place it in your autoexec.cfg in the base folder):

// Taunt Script v1.0 by Mullins
set ts_1 "set ts_t vstr ts_2; clientVoiceChat voc_are_you_serious"
set ts_2 "set ts_t vstr ts_3; clientVoiceChat voc_die_already"
set ts_3 "set ts_t vstr ts_4; clientVoiceChat voc_hack"
set ts_4 "set ts_t vstr ts_5; clientVoiceChat voc_that_sucked"
set ts_5 "set ts_t vstr ts_1; clientVoiceChat voc_yeah_right"
vstr ts_5 // Default

bind x "vstr ts_t" // Change x for the key you wish to use
