A lot of CD burning software will convert an MP3 into CD audio when burning. If for any reason you need the MP3s to be in WAV format, try CDex http://www.cdex.n3.net/

A lot of cd burning software have an option called "burn as an audio cd" where it creates the appropriate data table for refferencing the audio files ( so that it plays on cd players).

Yeah, Nero does it. Just drag&drop the mp3 in a CD-audio compilation and you are done! It's automatically. AFAIK, Roxio Easy CD Creator does the same. You don't need any additional converting software.
BTW, moved to software? ;)
