WOW, the 42 frames on Doom 3 at 1600x1200 with 0xaa and 0xaf is obtained with a p4 3.4EE (LGA775) and 1gb of DDR2. But how many ppl has a P4 EE????

I wanna see SLI performance. It just be taken in consideration if it can outdo the 6800 GT or 6800. 6800 GT possibly more than 6800... $199 x 2 = $399 = 6800 GT.

Well think of it like this, 500Mhz GPU 256bit 1x16, 2Ghz 128bit 32GB/sec.

If I could find it for a low enough price for a brand I trust, and could sell my FX5900XT for something decent on ebay, sure I'd gladly take a 6600. It looks to be a decent card :)

I am thinking of a 6600GT to go with my A64 3500+ when they finally bring out their NF4 with PCI EX, it's the only reason i am still holding on yo my ASUS A8V

My question is where would the 6800LE fall? With 8 pipes and a 256bit bus it should be faster then the 6600GT but at what price range??($249 perhaps) I for one am looking forward to seeing how the 6600GT and 6800LE compare.

I don't think it will as it as a huge fillrate advantage, 175Mhz x 256bit, the GT has a pixle fillrate of 4000, while the 6800 has 2600. 4000 is still higher then a 6800NU (3900) with 12 pipelines. Bandwith will hold it back but alot of games are becoming filerate limited.
