So, about XFX-- how do they stack up to other vendors? Are there cards more or less reference design? I'd love a dual-dvi like this... wonder how long before they're available.

Comparing NVIDIA cards from XFX, ASUS, Gainward, PNY, eVGA and MSI it's six of one and half-dozen of another. :clap:

My most recently purchased video card was an XFX 5700 Ultra dual-DVi, so I'm fond of XFX in this post. Yet I do a lot of swapping; tonight my four machines have PNY, MSI, MSI and ASUS. Last night it was MSI, ASUS, Gainward and XFX. YMMV.

Yeah, a quick search shows that Asus also has a Dual DVI 6800 GT. Does anyone know whether the Asus has the stock / reference board cooling solution or a different one? I guess it matters to me because I'm putting it into a Shuttle XPC.

Any link to info on the Asus GT? I can't seem to find anything other than the one with 1dvi 1vga (http://www.pcprodirect.com/product_details_parts.asp?PRID=1353).

you're right-- scratch that. The product details in a pricewatch product listing noted dual dvi but I notice the board actually is as you describe it-- 1 vga and 1-dvi.

I've noticed that some UK sites have the XFX dual DVI GT listed, though not in stock. Can't say the same for the U.S....
