I want to buy 1 stick of 512mb ram so I can use the other 256mb sticks I already own. Im wondering what the best type of ram to get for this mobo?

For an Athlon64 and that board, PC3200 or higher DDR is recommended.

the best deal I've seen on the web so far is Mushkin 512mb PC3200 DDR for only $75

The kingston 1gig kit for $157 isnt bad, but it's only cas3. The deal I listed is much better because it's 1gig for only $150 and you get cas2.5

The second deal is horrible, I would never pay $99 for only 512mb of RAM. (2x256 sticks)

I've been using Corsair XMS memory of late. It's a bit on the pricier side though.

With an A64, you'll probably want 400 MHz DDR or better. I hope (for optimal performance) you already have this, if you're adding memory, so your memory bus doesn't have to run at a slower clock...
