Guys I run Doom 3 on a GF6800U with dual DVI Screens attached on Forceware 61.77 and DirectX 9.0c. (AMD FX-53)

Please see the screenshots made on 1280x1024 High setting with 8xAA and how bad the texture on the second screenshot looks.

Close up: http://www.chaosengine.de/tmp/shot00010.tga

What could cause this?
Thanks for your feedback.

PS: Multimonitor Acceleration ist disabled, so the in-game performance is fine - the question is just about texture quality!

Thats what happens on my gf 5700 u as well. I just think thats how the textures are. Some are low res.

Overall a lot of the textures are blurry. Having it setting helps since once on medium the compression artifacts really mess it up.

When you playing, keep in mind that even though it looks lower res than any other game, it's still using just as much memory as a texture probably 4 times as detailed because it has seperate effects like the specular, bumpmapping, etc. They could have made it more detailed, but it's just the limitation of current hardware.
