Joint Ops has the jitters too!

I notice in a few games, in the beginning there is a 'jitter'. Joint Ops seems to also suffer this same fate - also noticed this in BF Vietnam and GTA VC. Very jittery when starting the game initially. Tried latest leaked drivers back to 61.77 all the same. Anyways I just thought this would get better - not worse. More and more games seem to show this same problem. cmon NV lets get this fixed already!
