I've seen something before where you are supposed to update your drivers after a bios flash. I took my existing EVGA 6800 GT bios and just added 1.4v to it and really it made no difference in the ability to OC or even in temps. Do I need to uninstall my drivers and reinstall them for this to take effect? My card I think is a dog for oc'ing.. Best I can get is 401/1073 anything higher and my performance actually DROPS big-time. Temps are around 65-70C too so I dont think heat is too much of an issue, though I could be wrong? I have tried to disable fast writes, different drivers, adding the 1.4 to my stock bios nothing can get me above 401/1073. I would like to run 400/1100 *stock ultra speeds* but in doing so, I lose a little performance. :lame:

Anybody suggest me leaving it be or should I try the leadtek bios or something for ****s and giggles? :retard:

Thanks guys.

Try an updated BIOS from evga first. If that no work, try a different vendors bios AFTER you make a backup of exisitng evga bios
