View Full Version : shhhh
there is only one opportunity to post my 1000th post at nvnews, and i chose to do so here in the testing forum, disguised as a complete :spam2: post.
ok, so maybe it is a complete :spam2: post, but it's still #1000 :P
don't tell anyone about it, it's our little sekrit! :retard:
need... help... i realized i use ... too much... too. i should really stop doing that...

I didn't know IRC was a private hush channel ;) Perhaps we should all notify the CIA of the super secret nature of it :rofl
Oh, sorry, me just ragging you a lil :D
Oh, and I can quickly see this evolving into a spam thread. So next question on the docket, do you guys like green eggs and ham?
green eggs and ham are nice, but spiced ham is better :D
i will post here what i said in irc for those who didn't see it....
[03:13] ::+Kamel:: SonGoku2: i see irc as very personable and the forum as very "formal"
[03:13] ::+Kamel:: when i post links in here, i feel the same as like i'm giving them out to my friends
[03:13] ::+Kamel:: lol
[03:13] ::+Kamel:: when i post in the open forums, i feel like i'm giving out the info to the world

<Kamel> SonGoku2: i see irc as very personable and the forum as very "formal"
<SonGoku2> lol, just had to rag on you with "shh, this is a secret" but it's
both posted and referenced :D
<Kamel> lol
<Kamel> well, that's what i meant
<Kamel> it's secret from the open forums, hehe
<SonGoku2> eh, testing is open ;) THough probably not viewed as much
<SonGoku2> as the other forums
<Kamel> lol
<Kamel> well, i would reply
<Kamel> but you've already added my input for me :P
<Kamel> lmao
Just found it a bit funny, tis all ;)
Oh, besides "yes I like green eggs and ham" (actually I wasn't a big fan of ham when I was a kid, though eat it sometimes now) there's also discussion of the weather :)
the weather right now is 72F and a bit windy. if i turn off my fan, however, the winds go down to nothing. i could change the temperature, but when fooling around with it, i've found right around 70F to be an adequite temperature.
the weather inside my PC right now is 35C case, 40C diode, and 43C socket. my video card is running at 35C with an ambient temp of 31C.
the wind levels are roughly 33CFMx10, so somewhere around 330CFM. the problem with that calculation, however, is that the CFM reading is a bit skewed when thinking about it in regards to how much CFM for how big of a space it's blowing out of. 330CFM at around a millimeter in diameter might be a deadly cutting utensil, however, outside that much air blowing you wouldn't even feel it.
relative to fan speed, however, my CPU is getting 2721RPM currently, while my GPU is cranking out at 4066RPM. voltages are all fine and normal.
by the way, what is rain?

lol, I don't think I've heard it put quite that way :D BTW, the weather in my appt, flucuates a bit. Stupid thermostat
/me thinks it doesn't work right
But getting the land lords to replace it could be touchy...even if it can't callibrate right and fluctuates a bit. When the stat to measure the water in the pipes is busted and it was in reverse, they coudln't be arsed to replace it and just reversed the wires. They'll have to again come winter...
In my last appt here (moved to a bigger one) the thing would get stuck in cycles, and I had to pretty much bother them again and again before they'd do something beyond "adjusted stat". Hmm, I knew that would work, I was complaining that it got stuck on or off. It took over a year before they fixed it :(
